Carolyn J Kahrs, Owner & Real Estate Attorney
Carolyn J Kahrs, J.D. is an attorney with over 30 years of title and real estate experience. She is a member of both the Florida and Connecticut bar associations. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, School of Law, Carolyn has worked in many areas of law, including probate, bankruptcy, wills and estates, corporate, family law, as well as her specialty, real estate law. Attorney Kahrs also holds a Florida real estate broker's license since 2006. She is responsible for the overall company operations and management, compliance with industry and governmental regulations and laws, resolution of title issues and negotiation of short sales.

Kendyl is a recent marketing graduate from Florida State University. She has a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with her customers, while making it her number one priority to ensure the customer is more than satisfied with their transaction here at CARE Title. Kendyl assists with meeting new business production goals, developing ongoing relationships with partners such as real estate agents and lenders, as well as dealing with day-to-day processing and operations throughout the office. Kendyl is committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Jacob Nichols, Marketing Operations

Jacob graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Throughout his career he has gained experience in various sales and marketing roles and looks forward to bringing his experience to C.A.R.E. Title, Inc. Jacob helps to establish our brand identity while staying connected and informed with the Tampa Bay Real Estate Market. Through stronger connections, Jacob is able to show our community what C.A.R.E. Title is all about.

Alex graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics. He has worked as a title processor for nine years. Alex rose to our Title Processing Management position due to his exceptional management and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.

Sophie, Receptionist
Sophie is one of the founding partners of C.A.R.E Title, Inc. and has been one of our longest standing employees. Sophie always welcomes our guests with a warm smile and maybe even a bark or two. She is proud to represent C.A.R.E. Title and can't wait to see all of our new customers out there! She also appreciates treats and scratches.
